Last night we played a wedding party for a lovely couple I know from work. So there were lots of people there that I knew and we had a great time with lots of people dancing, a guest spot by the lovely Liz, who sang "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue", and a trio of go-go girls to help out on "Johnny Remember Me"!
All best wishes go to Chrissie and Alex for a long and happy life together!
Our next booked gig is another wedding and it's going to be the summer months before the usual crop of public gigs comes around. We've picked up some new ones this time too with a summer fete out towards Caton near Lancaster and the gig last year at the charity Steam Fair will be repeated and we also were booked to play at another similar event - exact details of places and dates on the band's main home page as soon as I get them!
